General Terms and Conditions

Please review the following information and contact us if you have any questions:

• All TechOne Group proposals are estimates and as such are subject to change. Design, content, functionality changes or enhancements can alter proposals. Clients are notified of any changes to the proposal before work is executed.
  
  
• The TechOne Group must have access to any relevant client website files, server, and web-applications in order to perform the work at hand.
  
  
• The TechOne Group recommends the programming languages and software applications to be used for each project unless otherwise specified before acceptance of the proposal.
  
  
• All usage rights to trademark or copyright material, and licensed work must be obtained by the client before it is supplied to the TechOne Group for the intended use. Additional licensing (Royalty-free or Right-managed) fees will be required for any photography or illustration not provided by the client.
  
  
• All content supplied by the client must be pre-approved, and in a digital format conducive to technical and design requirements. The TechOne Group is not liable for content accuracy, content reliability or grammatical incorrectness.
  
  
• Web Design and Development will be cross-platforms, and compatible with a minimum release of 5.0 within Internet Explorer, 6.0 within Netscape Navigator and AOL’s built-in browser.
  
  
• Graphic templates are standardized for an 800 X 600 pixel monitor setting unless otherwise specified.
  
  
• Customer is responsible for verifying that the above-mentioned scope of project is correct, also responsible for the accuracy of content, and for any extra charges due to incorrect direction of programming. Completion of proposed services will depend on the timely provision of accurate content in its final version.
  
  
• Users may experience slower connection or processing speeds due to their Service Provider. The TechOne Group servers run at 99% efficiency and we have no control over specific computer hardware or Internet connection. Additional Project Expenses not accounted for in the proposal may include: transportation, couriers, postage, data retrieval/recovery, backup services. Rush orders are subject to overtime/weekend surcharges. All fees associated with the set up, integration, and transactional costs of merchant accounts, banking institutions, credit and pay services, are not included in the proposal.
  
  
• Prices quoted within are only good for 30 days from the date of the proposal.
  
  

Sign-Off Procedures

• Before each stage of design & development, we require the client’s approval via phone or email. Changes required will be billed at our task-specific hourly rates.
  
  

• After collecting design requirements and preferences from the Client, The TechOne Group will provide several static design layouts for each project. The TechOne Group will provide one round of revisions on the chosen layout and all website content, prior to requesting sign-off. Additional changes will be billed on an hourly rate.
  
  

• If a project stage is pending and Client decides to discontinue using our services, the Client will be billed for the work done up to date.
